1. Order Processing
Orders at Mumoons Clothing are processed every day, including weekends.
All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation and size verification with the customer.
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing time may vary during high order volumes, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
Mumoons Clothing reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
2. Shipping Time
Delivery timelines depend on the serviceability of the customer’s location and the courier partner assigned.

Standard delivery time is 6 to 7 business days.

For locations serviceable by Blue Dart, delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, logistical disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
Mumoons Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Any additional service charges, including Cash on Delivery fees (if applicable), will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.
4. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details, including full name, complete delivery address, and a valid contact number.
Mumoons Clothing will not be responsible for delivery delays, losses, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
5. Order Tracking
Once an order is dispatched, tracking information will be provided. Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment and ensuring availability to receive the package.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery as per their policy.
6. Delivery Confirmation
An order is considered successfully delivered once it has been marked as delivered by the courier partner. Mumoons Clothing will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage reported after successful delivery confirmation.
7. Packaging and Handling
All products are securely packed and thoroughly inspected before dispatch. Any transit-related damage claims must follow the procedure outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Refused or Undelivered Orders
If a customer refuses to accept an order at the time of delivery without valid reason, Mumoons Clothing reserves the right to restrict future order placements.
Repeated failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may result in additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
